SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING

The Skills Development Programme of Educrest Humanitarian Foundation (EHF) equips young people, students, educators, professionals, and community members with practical, vocational, digital, entrepreneurial, creative, and life skills that enhance personal capacity, employability, self-reliance, and productivity. The programme provides opportunities for participants to acquire relevant skills, develop existing talents, explore new areas of competence, and apply their knowledge to real-life situations. EHF will continue to adapt its skills-development initiatives to emerging opportunities, technological advancement, and changing economic and professional needs.

PRACTICAL SKILLS ACQUISITION AND EMPOWERMENT

EHF will organise hands-on training, workshops, seminars, demonstrations, mentoring sessions, and community-based skills programmes that allow participants to learn by doing and develop competencies that can be applied in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and everyday life. Practical training may include areas such as production skills, crafts, digital skills, entrepreneurship, business development, creative skills, and other income-generating competencies based on identified community and participant needs. Through the programme, EHF will help participants discover their potential, acquire relevant competencies, develop confidence, create opportunities, and become more productive and self-reliant. The programme will contribute to building a skilled and adaptable population capable of responding effectively to changing educational, economic, technological, and social demands.Create. Empower. Develop. Learn. Practise.
